Srinagar: In continuation of relief efforts for the victims of the recent fire incident that occurred in the densely populated area of Habba Kadal, in which approximately six residential houses along with household belongings were reduced to ashes, relief supplies were distributed today by Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, Srinagar.
A delegation from Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, led by Mufti Ghulam Rasool Samoon, visited the affected area and distributed essential relief material among eight affected families to help alleviate their immediate hardships.
Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil reaffirmed its commitment that since its establishment, with the financial and material support of its well-wishers and philanthropists, the organization has been actively engaged—without any discrimination of religion or community—in providing relief and rehabilitation to victims of natural and man-made disasters.
The organization once again appealed to philanthropists and well-off individuals to continue their generous support, as in the past, so that relief activities for needy families may continue effectively.
